At Dony Management, our 'why' stems from an innate passion for sport and a desire to cultivate and showcase the rich sporting talent in Greece and Serbia. We've created this agency as a conduit, bridging the gap between untapped potential and unprecedented sporting success.
Our founders, Olympiacos Legends Predrag Djordjevic and Andreas Niniadis, being highly decorated and experienced in the sports realm, recognized the need for a dedicated platform that could foster young talent and pave their way to the global stage. They envisioned an agency that would not just manage athletes but help them build, nurture and realize their dreams.

Predrag Djordjevic
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Licensed FIFA Football Agent
Predrag Founded DONY Management and is a former Serbian National team Player & Captain, Olympiacos Player & Captain achieving 12 Greek Championships in his 13 years in Olympiacos, 5 Greek Cups & 3 Best Foreigner in Greece awards.
Been a licensed agent from 2011 and has orchestrated countless deals across 10+ countries and is known as one of the best Agents in Greece & Serbia managing multiple exceptional talents.
Andreas Niniadis
Co-Founder & Head of Player Recruitment
Niniadis Co-Founded DONY Management and is a former Greek National Team & Olympiacos Player where he won 7 Greek Championships.
After that he went on to become Olympiacos' Chief Scout & Assistant Manager for a period of time.
Has been working in scouting at the highest level in Greece for over 10 years helping recognise raw talent and potential in young talented football players.
Alexandros Djordjevic
Chief Operations Officer & Licensed FIFA Football Agent
Alex studied at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in London achieving a BSc in Business Management, Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship and has a background in Tech Startups working in 3 different startups, one of which Alex founded whilst in London.
Alex returned to Greece to lead DONY's rebuild into the modern era and is also a Licensed FIFA Football Agent but also in charge of Marketing, Operations, Business Development amongst other activities such as being involved in international negotiations.
Konstantinos Tsouloukidis
Scout in Northern Greece
Kostas has been a pivotal member of DONY Management in his role of discovering up-coming talent in the northern parts of Greece.
Some of the greatest talents under management were discovered by Kosta who's talent in scouting are highly regarded in Greece.
Darko Stojanovic
Legal Counsel & Scout in Serbia
Darko is the former head of Legal of football teams such as Radnicki Kragujevac in Serbia and having worked in recruitment positions at clubs, Darko helps DONY with legal counsel, contracts, and scouting players in Serbia.

Christopher with a strong background in some of the best banks and with financial experience has reputable customers across football and other sports in his country of residence, Switzerland.
